What You Need
Proof of Income
- W-2 wage statement (2 years)
- Tax Returns (2 years)
- (if applicable) Proof of additional income from alimony, bonuses, etc.
Proof of Assets
- Bank Statements (2 Months)
- Investment Accounts – if any
Good Credit
- 620 Credit Score or higher
- 580+ for FHA
IDs & Misc.
- Driver’s License (for all borrowers)
- Social Security Number
- Willingness to allow us to run your credit history (simply check “yes” in the portal!)
